HALE Barre utilizes both the ballet barre and standing poses to strengthen your lower body and core. By focusing on small isometric movements set to a fun playlist, you'll find this hour long session can be modified to any level of intensity and no dance background is necessary. We will also focus on the basic foundations of technique and include plenty of stretching to increase flexibility.
I can't say enough good things about HALE. Everyone is so supportive and I have never felt "less" when people are lifting more than me. It's a low-key atmosphere that pushes you to achieve and do your personal best. I've never been able to stick with a gym routine, but I never miss my sessions here.
HALE is great! It's one of those workouts you're excited for and dread at the same time (in a good way!). The group atmosphere is small enough to avoid intimidation but large enough to form a quick bond with the other ladies you're there with. Kurt is a very knowledgeable and laid back trainer. He knows how to push you more than you ever would yourself, but he's careful to watch your form and listen to you to avoid injury. I go into each session knowing I'm going to get my butt kicked but that's what most of us need! You definitely feel like a true rockstar when you leave!

HALE is an amazing place for women in every stage of fitness! The small sized sessions allow for personalized training, while still enjoying the company of other determined and enlightening women. In shape, out of shape, pregnant, post pregnant, post operative (in my case), young, not as young, it really doesn't matter! I've never seen anyone leave without a smile and a little chalk dust. Try it!

HALE Strength and Shape is the best workout I've ever had! Only 6 classes and I already see a difference in my body. Before strength training I was stuck on being skinny now I'm stuck on being fit and strong, I'm amazed at how much I can actually lift and I would have NEVER done it on my own. Thank You ♡
