Vinyasa HIIT Yoga

An energetic class that links breath with movement and incorporates a continuous flow of postures with bursts of high intensity interval training. The room is hotter and more humid than Slowflow.

A great class for all levels that explores longer holding postures to develop strength and flexibility. The room is moderately heated.

HALE Barre

HALE Barre utilizes both the ballet barre and standing poses to strengthen your lower body and core. By focusing on small isometric movements set to a fun playlist, you'll find this hour long session can be modified to any level of intensity and no dance background is necessary. We will also focus on the basic foundations of technique and include plenty of stretching to increase flexibility.

Candlelight Yin Yoga

Candlelight Yin is a relaxing yoga practice with an emphasis on stretching and opening up the body's connective tissues. Students will explore postures held for several minutes at a time, using only body weight and gravity to slowly stretch. Yin is ideal for bringing balance and harmony into our busy lives. The candlelit, soothing class is taught in a warm room accompanied by relaxing music. A yin class is the perfect way to end your weekend and begin your week refreshed.

Girls Cardio Hip-Hop

Get your girls moving on a Friday night with this drop-in, energetic, hip hop class. Students will start the class with follow along cardio hip hop, then learn a choreographed combination to popular hip hop/pop music. The class will end with a performance for the parents! No dance experience needed and feel free to enjoy downtown Plymouth while your girls are dancing.

GYROKINESIS®

The Gyrokinesis® method is a movement that gently works the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique movement method which has benefits and qualities similiar to those found in Yoga, Tai Chi, gymnastics and dance. The Gyrokinesis® method is practiced in group or private classes under the instruction of a certified Gyrokinesis® Trainer and can also be practiced at home with a mat, chair and instructional Gyrokenisis® DVDS.
